Are you going to send a product to us ?
The item to be sent shall have a strong enough package to prevent damage during delivery.
Nagata: Please take out pins and do not send the hanging ring and hook. Preferably, use a wooden box to deliver. The remote transmitter and charger shall be included and properly wrapped to prevent damage during transport.
Dillon: The item shall be sent in its original plastic /wooden /metal carry and storage case.
Radio remote controls: The transmitter and receiver shall be sent together as a set.
